(1) The concerned land owner who wants to register the land for which surveyor mapping is permitted, shall attach a copy of the proof of his right on such land and submit an application to the relevant land office.
(2) If an application is received according to sub-rule (1), the application will be processed by the customs office under rule 4B. It will be submitted to the following committee and if the committee recommends that the land be surveyed and registered, then the land office can survey and register the land in the name of the concerned person.
